The Saskatoon man accused of killing his wife will be free leading up to his trial.

David Woods, 49, is charged with the first degree murder of Dorothy Woods.

Justice Peter Foley, at the Court of Queen's Bench, decided this afternoon to release Woods on bail with a long list of strict conditions imposed.

A preliminary trial set for Oct. 15 will determine if Woods will go to trial.
