SUV crashes into a Prince Albert home

Police say alcohol is a factor

An SUV crashed into a home in Prince Albert around 6 a.m. Saturday morning.

It appears the SUV hit a few other vehicles on the side of the road before running up onto the lawn and crashing directly into the side of the home.

A tenant of the property said they were awoken by the sound of metal clashing, followed by a rev of an engine before the entire house shook from the impact of the collision.

The side of the house has extensive damage forcing the tenant, who resides upstairs, to exit from  the main entrance.

Accoridng to Parkland Ambulance, no injuries are being reported at this time.

Several people have been arrested, but only one person is being charged.
